Returns & Exchanges


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags in place. It must also be in the original packaging. Footwear must be packaged to return in a separate box or separate shipping bag and the original shoebox must be in condition to resell as new.

Clearance items are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase included in the return package.



The buyer is responsible to cover the cost of return shipping.

You will be responsible for selecting your carrier, paying for your own shipping costs, and printing your label for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method and you will receive a refund receipt by email. Normally refunds will show in your bank account within 3-5 business days. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • If only a partial refund will be granted, we will email you and let you know.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To exchange a product, simply return the unwanted item using our return method mentioned above and place a separate order for the item you'd like to exchange it for. Your return will be refunded when it is received and your new order will ship out within 24 hours or less in most cases.



All payments are refunded to the original method of payment.
