Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags in place. It must also be in the original packaging. Footwear must be returned in a box or shipping bag and the shoebox itself cannot be taped.

SHIP YOUR RETURN:
Simply package your return with a copy of your invoice, then attach your label to the outside of your package. USPS return packages can be given to your USPS mail carrier or dropped off at your local Post Office. UPS return packages can be given to your UPS delivery driver or dropped off at your local UPS Store or UPS Access Point.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will process a refund (minus original shipping and return costs) to your original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation by email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your account. The original cost of shipping and the cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund.
Note: If a return is not in condition to resell as new, tags are not in place, or shoebox is taped, only a partial refund may be granted. We'll email you with any details.
To exchange a product, simply return the unwanted item by using our return method above and place a separate order for the item you'd like in exchange. Your return will be refunded when it is received and your new order will ship out within one (1) business day after being placed.
