1.1 Why is my payment failing?
Usually, your payment is not processing due to an incorrect billing address being entered at checkout. If this is the case, please give us a call at (814) 793-3980 ext. 3 and we can take your billing address and payment over the phone. Or, you can simply place a new order with the correct billing details and we'll cancel the order that is awaiting payment.
1.2 How long until my order arrives?
It depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Following is a list of our available shipping options and their delivery timeframes:
- USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
- UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
- UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
- UPS 2 Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day
- Economy Shipping: Up to 10 business days
Most orders (about 90%) placed before 2 pm ship same business day. Nearly all of our orders arrive on time, but there are cases where there are delays with the carrier that are out of our control.

We are located in south-central Pennsylvania in the small town of Martinsburg.

1.5 How much does a return label cost?
The cost of a return label is normally about the same price as you paid for shipping originally (unless you got free economy shipping or expedited shipping). If you selected an expedited shipping method, the cost of a return label would be about the same as the lowest cost option that was available in checkout.
